CLAUDIA EL HAGE

Claudia acts as legal advisor, litigator, and arbitrator.

She provides legal consultancy and practices as a litigator in all aspects of civil, corporate, commercial, administrative, regulatory and compliance, business criminal fields mainly in Construction, Contracting, Engineering Consultancy, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Corporate, Commercial, banking, M&A.. She advises international and local firms on their projects with a focus on the  MENA region as well as Europe and all legal aspects pertaining thereto. She has advised and represented clients in litigation, ADR, compliance and regulatory investigations, and annulment recourses in relation to various disputes including major construction projects. She also acts in various jurisdictions in arbitration, mainly under ICC, LCIA, and QICCA Rules and in ad hoc proceedings.

 

Claudia is often cited as a high-powered, dynamic, and pragmatic lawyer with in-depth knowledge of the legal system and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients.
