Jad Tabaja

Jad is a bilingual qualified lawyer and member of the Beirut Bar Association since 2017.

He holds a Master in International Business Law from City, the University of London as he believes that the key to succeeding in law revolves around the ability to utilize the law in the favor of organizing the business relationships and being a part of the global workforce aiming to facilitate conducting business without any geographical boundaries leading to better and more developed economies and societies.

Jad has extensive experience in litigation and corporate-related legal matters on both levels, locally and internationally. He always looks up to innovative approaches for the creation of original solutions to simple complex legal matters. In addition to drafting and revising different types of legal documents and contracts, Jad advises on the entirety of any transaction and prepare for the formation, corporate structure and restructure, corporate governance, intellectual property and day to day operations of different types of business companies.
